Premier League transfer news and transfer rumours

Manchester United’s move for Juventus striker Paulo Dybala might not be quite dead according to reports. However, Paris Saint-Germain are now showing an interest in the Argentina international. There are reports that Juventus are now willing to offer Dybala, Mario Mandzukic and Blaise Matuidi for Paul Pogba. Details here.

Reports from Spain claim Manchester United will sign Tottenham Hotspur forward Christian Eriksen with one-time United transfer target Bruno Fernandes set to join Spurs. Eriksen is in the final year of his contract and Spurs run the risk of losing him for nothing next summer.

Arsenal are being linked with RB Leipzig defender Dayot Upamecano having been knocked back in a loan bid for Juventus defender Daniele Rugani. However, they have been quoted a transfer fee for Upamecano of £50 million. More on those stories here.

Arsenal captain Laurent Koscielny is having a medical prior to a £5 million transfer.

Everton are willing to offer £65 million in cash plus striker Cenk Tosun and midfielder James McCarthy in return for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha. The deal would value Zaha at around £100 million by the Toffees.

Manchester City full-back Danilo has agreed personal terms with Juventus and looks set to move to the Serie A side. Joao Cancelo will move from Juve to City in his place with the Premier League side also set to pay €30 million (£27 million) in cash.

Leicester City have ruled out a move for Bournemouth defender Nathan Ake as a replacement for Harry Maguire who has joined Manchester United. The Foxes have been quoted a transfer fee of £75 million.

Wolves are unlikely to sign Benfica defender Ruben Dias before Thursday’s transfer deadline.

Burnley have seen an £8 million bid for Middlesbrough defender Dael Fry rejected by the Championship club.

Both Burnley and Derby County are being linked with Wayne Rooney. The Rams want Rooney in a player-coach role.
