Premier League transfer news and transfer rumours

Manchester United are being linked with PSG forward Neymar following reports that neither Barcelona or Real Madrid are in a position to sign the Brazil international. Meanwhile, Real are trying to offload players to finance a transfer bid for Paul Pogba. Details here.

Leicester City have warned Manchester United that there is a time limit for them to sign defender Harry Maguire. The Foxes want a replacement signed as soon as possible.

Manchester United are also being linked with Roma midfielder Nicolo Zaniolo who is also a transfer target for Tottenham Hotspur.

Arsenal face competition from Tottenham Hotspur for the Celtic left-back Kieran Tierney. That’s according to a very speculative report from Scotland. More here.

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has yet to make a decision on the future of Brazilian winger Willian. He has one year left on his contract at Stamford Bridge but Barcelona are interested in signing him for £30 million.

Incoming Newcastle United manager Steve Bruce could have as much as £90 million to spend in the remainder of the transfer window. Around £36 million of that could be spent on Hoffenheim striker Joelinton. The Bundesliga side have confirmed talks are underway with an un-named Premier League club.
