Premier League transfer news and rumours

Manchester United are still looking to do a transfer deal for Sporting Lisbon midfielder Bruno Fernandes. The agent of Romelu Lukaku has been in Italy for talks with Inter Milan. More details on those stories here.

Tottenham Hotspur have put talks on hold over the transfer of Real Betis midfielder Giovanni Lo Celso after failing to agree a fee.
