Manchester United have had a £31 million transfer bid rejected by Sporting Lisbon for Portugal international midfielder Bruno Fernandes. Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants the club to sign Newcastle United midfielder Sean Longstaff. Marcus Rashford has signed a new deal with United that runs to 2023. Details here.

Arsenal are in talks with former FC Porto midfielder Yacine Brahimi. The 29-year-old became a free agent after his contract with the Portugese side expired at the end of last month. Reports claim the Gunners have been offered Lyon winger Nabil Fekir for just £30 million. The Frenchman saw a £53 million move to Liverpool collapse last summer over an old knee injury. The Gunners are being linked with a £12 million move for Hull City winger Jarrod Bowen. Crystal Palace want Carl Jenkinson as the replacement for Aaron Wan-Bissaka who joined Manchester United last week.
