Manchester United have had a £40 million transfer bid rejected by Crystal Palace for full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka. David de Gea could pick up a £20 million pay-off from United if he leaves this summer. PSG are preparing a bid. More on those stories here.

Manchester City are prepared to offer Benfica forward Joao Felix a contract worth £26 million over five years according to a report in Portugal. City have yet to meet the 19-year-old’s £105 million release clause.

Arsenal are in talks over a possible move for Paris Saint-Germain full-back Thomas Meunier. The Gunners are also being linked with Fiorentina midfielder Jordan Veretout but he is in talks over a move to Napoli.

Tottenham Hotspur look set to put in a bid for Fulham full-back Ryan Sessegnon.

Chelsea could make a move for Bayer Leverkusen winger Leon Bailey if their transfer ban is overturned. At the moment, though, the chances of the ban being lifted looks unlikely.

Newcastle United and Southampton have both lodged bids for Mainz striker Jean-Philippe Mateta. Both clubs have made offers in the region of €20-25 million. Mainz want €35-40 million.

West Ham United have opened talks with Marseille over a move for the French side’s France under-21 midfielder Morgan Sanson. The Hammers have joined Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal in the race for Atalanta midfielder Franck Kessie.

Leicester City are interested in Luton Town full-back James Justin.

Liverpool wingers Harry Wilson and Ryan Kent are both targets for Leeds United.
