Spanish Newspaper Claim Denied
The agent of Liverpool striker Mo Salah has dismissed reports that he is set to put in an official transfer request this summer.
Spanish newspaper AS made the claim on Wednesday and even suggested it had been confirmed by sources close to the player.
But Salah’s agent Ramy Abbas Issa took to Twitter to brush aside the allegation.
“Talking out of their AS again I see,” said Issa.

AS claims that although Real Madrid were interested in Salah last summer he isn’t on Zinedine Zidane’s wishlist for the forthcoming transfer window. However, if Real were to put in a bid then he would be interested in making the move.
Issa suggests that’s rubbish and that Salah is unlikely to be going anywhere this summer.
Salah hasn’t enjoyed as fruitful a season in front of goal as he did in 2017-18. He has scored 22 goals in 45 games campaign against 44 goals in 52 games last season.
