”It’s Very Nice”
Arsenal transfer target Ryan Fraser says he is flattered by reports of the Gunners’ interest in him.
The Bournemouth and Scotland midfielder was linked earlier this week with interest from Arsenal. Tottenham Hotspur are also said to be interested.
“I’m not going to lie, it’s very nice. It means you are are doing something right,” he told Sky Sports News.
“They are a huge club, a massive club. When you see your name thrown around you always think to yourself that you are a Bournemouth player and you try to do well.
“I’m not going to lie, you do feel good, especially when it’s a massive club.”
Only Eden Hazard has registered more assists that Fraser so far this season. The 25-year-old joined Bournemouth when they were in League One in a £400,000 transfer from Aberdeen in January 2013. He has gone on to make 170 appearances for the Cherries. But for now he is concentrating on ending the season at Bournemouth.
“I will just keep doing what I am doing, try to enjoy myself and try to win the game for my team,” he said.
“What will be, will be.”
