But Salah Isn’t Their Number One Choice
Juventus are interested in a swap deal involving Liverpool forward Mo Salah.
The Egypt international is being linked with a move to the Serie A giants in a transfer that would see Juve’s Paulo Dybala join Liverpool. The Merseyside club would also receive €50million (£44million) in cash.
Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb claims Juventus are keen on the deal. However, Liverpool are unlikely to sanction such a move. This season Dybala has had to play second fiddle to Cristiano Ronaldo. He has found the back of the night just four times in Serie A so far this season. That compares with 22 goals in 33 games in the 2017-18 campaign.
But Tuttomercatoweb claims that Salah is Juventus’s number two target. The website claims that Fiorentina’s Federico Chiesa is top of their wishlist.
Salah has had spells in the past with two Serie A clubs. He was loaned out to Fiorentina during an unsuccessful spell at Chelsea before being sold to Roma by the west London club.
