Premier League transfer news and transfer rumours

Talks between Arsenal and Barcelona over the loan transfer of the Catalan side’s Denis Suarez have ground to a halt. Arsenal have confirmed that head of recruitment Sven Mislintat is to leave the club. Former Sevilla and current Roma technical director Monchi is one of the names in the frame in what would be a new post with the Gunners. More on those stories here.

Any hopes that Manchester United may have had over the signing this month of Inter Milan central defender Milan Skriniar are at an end after he said he is staying with the Serie A side. A summer transfer is still a possibility with United, Manchester City and Barcelona all being linked.
