Top Euro Clubs Show Interest
Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey is in talks with five top European clubs over a summer move.
The Wales international is out of contract at the Emirates this summer and Arsenal withdrew their offer of a new deal in September. It is thought the Gunners considered his age and his wage demands to be too much.
Inter Milan, Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid and Juventus are all in talks. Ramsey is free as of today to agree a pre-contract agreement with foreign clubs.
A January move appears to be unlikely. Arsenal will demand around £40million for Ramsey despite him having less than six months left on his contract.
Reports from Italy claim Juventus have offered Ramsey a four-year deal worth £138,000 a week. He currently earns around £110,000 a week with Arsenal.
Meanwhile, Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has ruled out a move away from the Emirates in January.
Rumours have suggested that the former Germany international could be on his way out of the club on a loan deal this month. However, ESPN claims to have been told by sources close to Ozil that he has no intention of leaving and that he wants to stay and fight for his place.
Ozil has been dropped on a number of occasions by manager Unai Emery. He missed Saturday’s 5-1 defeat at Liverpool through injury.
