Manchester United will step up their efforts to sign Chelsea winger Willian now that Brazil are out of the World Cup. Barcelona are also being linked with the 29-year-old. Manchester United are keeping tabs on Molde’s 17-year-old Norwegian striker Erland Haaland – the son of former Manchester City and Leeds United midfielder Alf-Inge Haaland.

Everton are interested in RB Leipzig’s Sweden international forward Emil Forsberg. However, the Toffees won’t be signing Celtic full-back Kieran Tierney. The Scottish side have put a £25m price tag on Tierney.
Manchester City winger Patrick Roberts looks set to sign for Leicester City in a £10m transfer. City have loaned USA international defender Erik Palmer-Brown to Dutch side NAC Breda for the 2018-19 season.
Chelsea have been told to forget about signing Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele. Kylian Hazard is having a trial at VVV Venlo in the Netherlands.
