Liverpool Linked With Juventus Striker Paulo Dybala

Atletico Madrid Likely To Provide Competition

Paulo Dybala Liverpool transfer news

Liverpool could make a move for Juventus striker Paulo Dybala if Mohamed Salah leaves the club this summer.

Reports from Spain are claiming today that the Reds will challenge Atletico Madrid for Dybala’s signature.

Both clubs face the possibility of losing their best players this summer. Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah is wanted by Real Madrid while Barcelona look set to sign Antoine Griezmann from Atletico. The Catalan side will have to trigger his release clause of €100million (£86million) in order for that particular deal to go through.

Atletico have offered Griezmann a new contract worth £300,000 a week and with £86million in the bank they will be in a good position to afford the £90million Juventus have reportedly put on Dybala.

Like Atletico, Liverpool will only make a move for Dybala if they have to. Salah may be linked with a move to Real but he has hinted he could stay at Anfield. Plus the Premier League club are likely to offer him a new contract worth £300,000 a week.

Diario Gol claims Atletico could then make a move for Liverpool forward Roberto Firmino. However, the Brazilian has already suggested that he isn’t interested in a move away from Anfield.
