Michy Batshuayi is in Germany to complete his loan move from Chelsea to Borussia Dortmund. Chelsea are expected to sign Olivier Giroud from Arsenal as Batshuayi’s replacement with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang completing the triangle of transfers with a move to Arsenal later today. Details here.

Arsenal full-back Mathieu Debuchy is expected to move to St Etienne on a free transfer.

Manchester United full-back Daley Blind is the subject of an enquiry from Serie A side Roma. More on that story here.

Lucas Moura has completed his medical at Tottenham Hotspur ahead of a £22m move from Paris Saint-Germain.

Galatasaray midfielder Badou Ndiaye has passed a medical at Stoke City.

Manchester City are keen on Leicester City’s Algeria international winger Riyad Mahrez. The 26-year-old has put in a transfer request – his second in less than a year – but the Foxes are refusing to entertain a sale. Some outlets claim they will demand £70m before agreeing to any move.

Everton are hoping to sign Manchester City defender Eliaquim Mangala on loan. Toffees midfielder Davy Klaessen is a loan target for Serie A side Napoli. The Dutchman hasn’t played a Premier League game since September.

Newcastle United are also keen on Mangala. The Magpies are interested in Leicester City forward Islam Slimani.

West Ham United are challenging Crystal Palace for Lille defender Ibrahim Amadou. Palace have already had two bids rejected.

Liverpool winger Lazar Markovic is wanted by Swansea City and Bundesliga side Wolfsburg. Reds midfielder Ovie Ejaria is heading to Sunderland on loan for the rest of the season while defender Lloyd Jones looks set to complete a permanent move to Luton Town.

West Bromwich Albion forward Tyler Roberts is heading to Championship side Leeds United in a transfer that could eventually be worth up to £4m to the Baggies.

Championship strugglers Bolton Wanderers could be in for a windfall if Arsenal defender Rob Holding moves to Burnley. The Trotters inserted a series of sell-on clauses in the deal that took Holding to the Emirates in 2016.
