Costa Wears Atletico Shirt
Chelsea striker Diego Costa has trolled the club and manager Antonio Conte during an Instagram Live broadcast.
Costa has been told to stay in Brazil while his future at Stamford Bridge is resolved. He was told by Conte at the end of last season that he is no longer in his plans. A move to China was scuppered by the Chinese government’s decision to put a 100 percent tax on any inward transfers involving overseas players.
That just leaves his former club Atletico Madrid. Part of the problem is that Chelsea are reported to be demanding a transfer fee of around £60million. But Atletico are banned from signing any new players before 1 January 2018. If Costa does move to Atletico before next month’s transfer deadline then he will be sidelined until after Christmas if he is not loaned out in the meantime.

But Costa put on a live Instagram Live broadcast of him wearing an Atletico shirt at a party in Brazil.
Team-mate Cesc Fabrgeas joined in by laughing at his antics. The striker replied: “Give my love to Costa”.
Fabregas comments: hahaha
Costa: Give Conte a hug.

Costa isn’t expected to play for Chelsea again and he faces the prospect of spending the next six months or so in Brazil as he waits for Atletico’s embargo to be lifted.
