Balotelli In MLS Link
According to reports, Orlando’s Ricardo Kaka is trying to convince his former AC Milan team-mate Balotelli to jump ship and join him in Florida. Kaka moved to Orlando at the end of last season when his contract with Milan was cancelled by mutual consent.
Spanish website Fichajes claims Kaka wants Balotelli to move to Orlando, but with Liverpool having paid £16million last summer for the Italian any move away from Anfield looks unlikely.
The only hope Orlando have of signing the 24-year-old is if he moves on loan. The MLS season begins next weekend and runs through the summer with the regular season ending in late October.
Balotelli was an unused substitute for Liverpool in their 2-1 victory over Manchester City on Sunday.
Vietto Keen On Anfield
Liverpool transfer target Luciano Vietto says he would be interested in a move to Anfield.
The 21-year-old Argentine was linked with interest from Liverpool early last year when he was with Racing Club in his homeland, but he instead joined Spanish side Villareal.
Vietto has scored 11 goals in 22 La Liga games so far this season – 18 in 35 in all competitions – but when asked by AS newspaper about a potential Liverpool move he suggested that he wasn’t against the idea.
“When I hear about these rumours, the truth is that I do listen to them,” he said.
“I am very happy here and I think I should make the most of Villarreal. They have paid a lot of money for me, so I should respond to that.
“If big teams come and make an offer I would look at it. It would first have to be very good for everyone and then we would analyse it. But it would have to be very good for me and good for the club.”
Real Madrid and Inter Milan are also being linked.
