Some football grounds are well-known for their ‘restricted views’. The old Wembley Stadium had some seats where the view was less than perfect and even some of the new-build stadia have sightlines where there is some form of impediment.
But Blackpool’s Bloomfield Road, where a rebuild was completed in 2010, must have some of the worst views in the entire Football League.
One Bolton Wanderers fan took photos of both his view and of his seat, which he was unable to sit comfortably on because of the presence of a large pole supporting the roof in the away end, the East Stand.
For this view supporters are expected to pay the princely sum of £25.
